Breve passeggiata fino al punto di incontro, dove incontrerete la vostra guida, iniziando un incredibile viaggio nella vera tradizione culinaria fiorentina!

Partendo da Piazza Duomo, percorreremo le vie del centro storico visitando i luoghi di maggior interesse: la Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, Piazza della Signoria, gli Uffizi, il Ponte Vecchio e molti altri.

Grazie a questo tour, potrete vivere la Firenze che i fiorentini conoscono e amano, perché l'essenza di una città non è fatta solo dalla parte storica e culturale, ma anche dalle sue tradizioni, dalla sua cucina e dalla vita quotidiana.

Attraverseremo il centro storico e ci fermeremo nelle strade medioevali del tempo di Dante, e assaggerete il famoso Lampredotto, un piatto amato dai fiorentini, che si basa sullo stomaco della mucca ed è un vero must per provare la cucina fiorentina mentre siete qui.

GIORNO 3 - Da Firenze a Siena: tour dei vigneti e delle cantine con degustazione di vini

Colazione in hotel e check-out.

Circa 40 minuti di auto per raggiungere la campagna di San Gimignano, dove si avrà un delizioso tour dei vigneti e cantina, con pranzo finale e degustazione di vini.

Una guida locale esperta vi condurrà intorno alla tenuta per assistere alle pratiche agricole e cantine. La guida illustrerà la storia del l'azienda e il complesso funzionamento della linea di produzione. Sarete incuriositi dalle bellezze del paesaggio che circonda questa tenuta che comprende la bottaia, la cantina e anche le varie sale di degustazione sia all'interno che in giardino. In particolare apprezzerete la Vernaccia di San Gimignano, uno dei più famosi vini che hanno origine nella zona, e non vorrete perdervi il Sangiovese! Dopo la visita alla tenuta, vi fermerete in una delle sale della cantina per assaggiare ottimi vini e oli. Avrete una lezione di vino e degustazione di 9 vini, olio extra vergine d'oliva, olio di oliva al tartufo, peperoncino piccante, aceto balsamico, formaggi toscani e salame, bruschetta, lasagna al tartufo o ribollita toscana, arrosto con patate e verdure, biscotti cantuccini con vino da dessert

GIORNO 4 - Siena / Montepulciano: Tour in fattoria di Cinta Senese con pranzo

Prima colazione in hotel e partenza per Montepulciano, circa 1 ora di macchina.

Al tuo arrivo in fattoria, a mezzogiorno, avrai l'opportunità di vivere una vera esperienza in una realtà genuina toscana: il tour Cinta Senese ti permette di vivere un'esperienza unica visitando una vera fattoria toscana: La visita inizia con una vista spettacolare di Montepulciano tra i cipressi secolari, seguendo un sentiero pedonale tra ulivi e preziosi vigneti, dove si impara la storia degli oliveti e della coltivazione dell'uva. Lungo il percorso troverete anche panchine per riposare, godendo del bellissimo paesaggio della Valdichiana. In seguito, si osserverà l'allevamento di suini, con i maiali Cinta Senese. Sarete informati su queste razze locali e sul loro habitat. Se lo desiderate, avrete anche la possibilità di avere contatto con gli animali, spostarvi nell'area pascolo, nell'area cibo, vedere i bagni nel fango dei suini e l'area raccolta degli escrementi.

Sulla via del ritorno, passerete tra i susini, il giardino e la bassa vigna, proseguendo verso la visita della cantina.

Incontrerete anche il trattore e vedrete gli attrezzi prima di arrivare al punto di degustazione, dove avrete il vostro pranzo leggero alla fine del tour.

Sulla via del ritorno a Siena, si possono ammirare le famose colline toscane.

GIORNO 5 - Da Siena a Pisa: Degustazione di vini a Bolgheri

Colazione in hotel e check-out.

Guidando nel cuore della Toscana, andando verso la costa attraverso strade panoramiche e tranquille, avrete l'opportunità di fare una sosta a Volterra, l'antica Velathri, città che fonde perfettamente le rovine etrusche e romane con l'architettura medievale e rinascimentale, e le inevitabili strutture e arredi moderni. Volterra è anche molto famosa per le produzioni artigianali in alabastro. Passeggiate per le vie del centro storico, esplorate il museo etrusco o semplicemente ammirate il millenario arco etrusco e il teatro romano durante il tempo libero.

È il momento di continuare il viaggio, arrivando finalmente sulla costa toscana. Seguire la nota Strada dei Cipressi in direzione Bolgheri.

About 40 minutes drive to reach the countryside of San Gimignano, where you will have a delicious tour of the vineyards and cellar, with final lunch and wine tasting.

An experienced local guide will lead you around the estate to witness agricultural practices and cellars. The guide will explain the history of the company and complex workings of the production line. Will be intrigued by the sights of the landscape that surround this estate that includes the barrel room, wine cellar, and also the various tasting rooms both inside and in the garden. In particular you will appreciate the Vernaccia Vineyard of San Gimignano, one of the most famous wines that originated in the area, and you do not want to miss the Sangiovese vineyard! At your arrival at the farmhouse, at noon, you will have the opportunity to live a real experience in a genuine Tuscan reality: the Cinta Senese tour allows you to enjoy a unique experience visiting a genuine Tuscan farm: The visit begins with a spectacular view of Montepulciano among the age-old cypresses, following a walking path between olive trees and precious vineyards, where you will learn the history of olive groves and grapes cultivation.
