Uno de los trekkings más deseados en la actualidad, ofrecemos diferentes modalidades para visitar este lugar, uno de los más antiguos del planeta. El Monte Roraima marca la frontera entre tres países de América del Sur: Brasil, Venezuela y la República Cooperativa de Guyana, y está catalogado como el séptimo punto más elevado del país, con 2.739 metros de altitud.
El Monte Roraima ha atraído la atención de turistas, aventureros, científicos, biólogos, antropólogos, esotéricos, místicos y de todos aquellos que buscan, en esta fascinante aventura, reencontrarse consigo mismos y con el origen de la vida, llevando a todos a reflexionar sobre el verdadero sentido de la existencia.
Es una aventura riquísima en experiencias de todo tipo, combinada con momentos exigentes de trekking y campamento, que despiertan reflexiones y una profunda reevaluación de los valores personales. Todo en un solo viaje.
En una única montaña —el Monte Roraima— es posible realizar trekkings de varios días, pasar varias noches en la cima, vivir experiencias trascendentales, realizar actividades de observación de orquídeas y aves, además de disfrutar de viajes personalizados, como bodas en la cima o en la comunidad indígena, expediciones completas en helicóptero (al estilo de la telenovela brasileña Império) o incluso simplemente sobrevolar la montaña, aterrizando o no en la cima. ¡El Monte Roraima siempre sorprende!
Nivel de dificultad: Considerado de nivel medio a difícil, el trekking se realiza por terrenos accidentados y a altitudes inferiores a los 3.000 metros, sin necesidad de aclimatación ni de utilizar técnicas verticales.
Aunque la actividad es accesible para la mayoría de las personas, es importante tener en cuenta que el sendero es exigente y requiere un buen nivel de preparación física.
Día 1 | Boa Vista
Embarque en la ciudad de origen con destino a Boa Vista, Roraima. Recepción en el aeropuerto y traslado al hotel.
Día 2 | Boa Vista - Santa Elena de Uairén - Comunidad Indígena de Paraitepuy
El briefing comienza a las 07:00, momento en el que todos los participantes se conocerán y recibirán las últimas indicaciones del equipo organizador sobre logística, seguridad y procedimientos operativos. Inmediatamente después del briefing, iniciaremos el viaje hacia la frontera con Venezuela, donde realizaremos los trámites aduaneros y continuaremos hacia la Comunidad de Paraitepuy, con vistas a uno de los mayores espectáculos de la naturaleza: el Monte Roraima. Por la noche, disfrutaremos de una cena bajo un cielo estrellado o iluminado por la luna, sin duda una velada inolvidable.
Día 3 | Boa Vista - Santa Elena de Uairén - Paraitepuy - Trekking hasta el Primer Campamento
Después del desayuno, comienza la gran aventura hacia el Monte Roraima. La emoción se apodera de todos mientras nos sumergimos en el impresionante paisaje de la sabana y disfrutamos de la caminata hasta los campamentos a orillas del río Kukenan, donde pasaremos la noche en tiendas de campaña bajo un cielo estrellado.
Día 4 | Rumbo a la Base de la Montaña
Al amanecer, el Monte Roraima aparece frente a nosotros, invitándonos a otro día de trekking hacia la montaña. Por la tarde, todos estarán instalados en la Base, maravillados por la imponente pared rocosa. Acampar en la base es una experiencia sobrecogedora; la gigantesca pared rocosa no se puede describir con palabras.
Día 5 | Rumbo a la Base de la Montaña
El camino desde la base hasta la cima es especial. Es uno de los momentos más hermosos del trekking, con paradas durante el recorrido para tomar fotografías, descansar y contemplar el paisaje. Pasaremos por arroyos y caminaremos bajo la cascada en el “Paso das Lágrimas”. Al acercarnos a la cima, nos recibirá el Monumento de Makunaima.
Día 6 | Base del Monte Roraima - Cima del Monte Roraima
Un día de inmersión total en la cima del Monte Roraima, con visitas al Valle de los Cristales, el Punto Triple y El Fosso. A lo largo del recorrido encontraremos numerosos afloramientos rocosos. La energía de este lugar no se puede expresar con palabras, sino a través de suspiros, sonidos, silencios, reflexiones y observaciones silenciosas. Es un lugar que despierta sensaciones increíbles; cuando estés allí, comprenderás por qué.
Día 7 | Monte Roraima
El séptimo día culmina con la impresionante visita a las Piscinas Jacuzzis, La Ventana, Salto Catedral y Piedra Maverick. Son lugares que quitan el aliento, con auténticas vistas al paraíso y el momento perfecto para dejar que la brisa acaricie el alma. Desde Maverick es posible contemplar la inmensidad de la Gran Sabana, incluido todo el sendero recorrido para llegar a la base. Después de esta experiencia, te sentirás en la cima de un santuario.
Día 8 | Monte Roraima
Durante los días anteriores habremos realizado caminatas y visitado diversas atracciones a un ritmo intenso. Sin embargo, hay algo que aún no hemos podido hacer: dedicar un día tranquilo a nosotros mismos, para sentarnos sin prisas ni objetivos que cumplir. Un día para sentir el silencio de la montaña, sumergirnos en nuestros pensamientos, observar los detalles que nos rodean o contemplar la inmensidad hasta donde alcanza la vista. Un momento para experimentar la soledad elegida y absorber las energías que están allí para cada uno de nosotros. Este día está pensado para que cada persona lo disfrute a su manera, a su propio ritmo y como prefiera, acompañada o sola.
Día 9 | Cima del Monte Roraima - Campamento Río Tek
Ha llegado el día de despedirnos de la Casa de Makunaima y regresar a nuestros hogares en la ciudad. Después de todo lo vivido, la nostalgia y la añoranza anticipada recorrerán nuestra mente y nuestro corazón. Cada mirada y cada paso serán un sincero “hasta la próxima” y un agradecimiento por todo lo vivido durante estos días. Iniciaremos el descenso hacia la base, donde haremos una parada para descansar y tomar un tentempié de senderismo. Después, continuaremos durante otras tres horas hasta el siguiente campamento, donde pasaremos la noche, con la posibilidad de contemplar el cielo más estrellado de todo el viaje.
Día 10 | Río Tek - Santa Elena de Uairén - Boa Vista
Esta mañana iniciaremos la última etapa del recorrido. Caminaremos 15 km hasta la Comunidad de Paraitepuy, con una duración aproximada de cuatro horas. A continuación, subiremos a vehículos 4x4 con destino a Santa Elena. Al llegar a la frontera, realizaremos los trámites aduaneros, cambiaremos de vehículo y continuaremos el viaje hasta Boa Vista. La llegada está prevista para el final del día o a primeras horas de la noche, seguida del alojamiento en el hotel reservado.
Día 11 | Boa Vista
Por la mañana, se realizará el traslado al Aeropuerto para los pasajeros que tengan prevista su salida ese día.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data obtained through registration, by automated or non-automated means, are incorporated into an application owned by COTUR. COTUR employees access information in files with password-protected access, the record of which is documented. Changes to existing data in the files are possible with a record of the date of the person responsible for the change. Personal Data are processed with the legally required level of protection to ensure their security and to prevent their alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology. The CLIENT is aware of and accepts that Internet security measures are not impregnable. COTUR has technical peripheral control infrastructures that comply with security requirements and acts in accordance with the standards of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Credit card data is used only for payment processing, and after the transaction is completed, it is deleted from our records, except when the CLIENT has authorized us to retain it. For security reasons applicable in certain countries, it is mandatory to include information regarding data such as name, passport number, gender, age, nationality in flight reservations. This information contained in the reservation may, under applicable law, namely based on Directive (EU) 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council, be accessed by the competent authorities of the countries of origin or destination, for the purposes of prevention, investigation, detection, or repression of criminal offenses or the enforcement of criminal sanctions, and the free movement of such data and Directive (EU) 2016/681 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
COTUR accessing any personal data, undertakes to:
• Protect CLIENTS’ personal data through legally required security measures of a technical and organizational nature in order to prevent alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access, in accordance with the state of the technology at any given time, the nature of the data, and the possible risks they are exposed to;
• Use or apply the data exclusively for the purposes duly provided;
• Ensure that the data are used only for the provision of the service, being obliged to maintain the duty of confidentiality. If there is a possibility that the information may be disclosed to third parties, they must be obliged to maintain the proper confidentiality in accordance with what is provided in this document.

The user may consent to COTUR processing their Personal Data for the purpose of determining their profile and offering them suitable products and services. These services may be COTUR’s own or third-party services.
(i) National and international competent authorities in tourism, terrorism, or offenses that violate human rights;
(ii) Any legal entity subsidiary or participated by COTUR or the company that provided the contracted service (hotels, water, land, rail, air transportation company, rental, etc.), so that they can use them for the correct provision of each service requested by the CLIENT.On the other hand, the CLIENT consents to access the information related to the service contracted with COTUR in order to offer additional services to the one contracted. Failure to respond to the data, considered mandatory, will imply the impossibility of accessing the service for which the data were requested. COTUR may disclose CLIENT information to third parties solely for the purpose of completing the requested reservation and for administrative reasons in accordance with the legislation in force for the realization of trips / services to certain countries.
